Description

The Pluto Discovery Telescope, an astrograph used to discover Pluto in 1930. This astrograph took photographs on glass plates that were compared by astronomers to track movements of potential planets. Using the Zeiss Blink Comparator, Clyde Tombaugh discovered Pluto as it was observed through this piece of equipment.
