Description

Hubble describes that by process of elimination, he sees that he, Slipher, Shapley, and Reynolds were the only four really able to serve on the sub-committee he had to lead. After the committee was established, he believed it would be easy to arrange everything else. After explaining a brief justification, he mentioned that Lundmark published a copy of "Preliminary Classification of Nebulae" under his own name with different nomenclature, to ask for Slipher's assistance.
