Description

Slipher, in response to Hubble's query, confirms that he has been using a spectrograph to observe nebula rotation and velocity but had to change out the lens. Meaning that he had to wait a time to confirm its efficiency. But he had not yet published his results of the stars Hubble specified and would get back to him on those stars after remeasuring the plates.
